Job Title: Commercial Roof Foreman

Statement of the Job

YEAR-ROUND WORK Precision Roofing, located in East Lee's Summit is looking for a Foreman. This is a Foreman position not a Project Manager. Applicants must have a working knowledge of single-ply and modified re-roofing projects; other techniques will be considered a bonus benefit. Applicants must be able to travel 5% and have a valid driver's license and being bilingual is a plus. Starting pay is based on experience with hourly or salary options, between $60,000 - $75,000. Company vehicle is possibility for right applicant. Immediate employment openings.

Duties of the Job

· Supervises all roofing personnel on the job site to ensure quality and proper compliance with job standards.

· Teach and enforce safety regulations.

· Work requires initiative and judgement, as well as basic carpentry skills.

· Leak prevention and diagnosis.

· In-town position with some travel required; expenses paid
