    Johnson Controls, a leading provider of HVAC and building automation solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations and Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

    We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity at the newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant.

    This is a performance based, 12-year, O&M contract providing hard services of MEP equipment within the facility, excluding the manufacturing and production equipment.

    The objective is to maintain a seamless environment by assuring that equipment is performing to specifications to facilitate uninterrupted manufacturing and administrative functions.

    ~ We are looking for a skilled specialist who has worked in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional markets to join our team. The specialist must be a skilled craftsman in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipefitting and/or mechanical equipment service industry. Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with building codes and manufacturer specifications.
    Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
    Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
    Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand and power tools.
    Conduct performance tests and adjustments on HVAC systems to meet specified requirements.
    Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and work performed.
    Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
    Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
    Adhere to safety protocols and company policies and procedures at all times.
    Valid HVAC Mechanical Journeymen license.
    Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanical Journeymen or in a similar role.
    Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    Johnson Controls International plc.
