The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates wound care therapy into the total nursing care plan for patients; participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

- Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
