The Resident Assistant/Driver assists in the daily implementation of day to day basic residential services by delivering shelter food hygiene etc to veterans at the facility ensuring harmonious atmosphere through communication with clinical staff maintaining therapeutic community environment organizing client services support functions handling client mail assisting clients maximize quality living including move-in and move-out from the facility preventing or de-escalating verbal physical altercations submitting Incident Reports addressing issues timely conveying needs supply inventory ensures proper storage implementing safety emergency procedures conducting administrative duties tracking residential services facilitated routine daily living activities adhering site work order procedure driving company vehicle for transportation other work-related activities Qualifications:RequirementsExperience programs population similar populations relevant experience preferred good communication interpersonal skills ability collaborative residential staff promote client-centered philosophy skilled creating/maintaining healthy environment energetic dedicated mission flexible basic computer literacy valid drivers license required meet insurance requirements complete driver training course
