Program Manager
Key Role:
Provide management
and oversight
of military construction
projects
in the Indo-Pacific theater. M
aintain responsibility for developing, managing,
monitoring
, and reporting various programmatic documents and tasks.
Provide Senior Leaders with program updates
including scope,
schedule,
milestones,
and
risks
.
Lead cross-functional teams
to ensure
integration
and
synchronization of requirements.
Apply
expertise
in project
management
and
tools
to
monitor
and
track
project
schedules,
budgets,
and
scope.
Integrate and synchronize
facility requirements
,
m
anage the development of Joint Area
Development
Plans
,
and
serve a
s
lead coordinator for
the planning
and execution of construction projects
for the Joint force at
designated
locations in the Pacific region.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working on military construction projects
Experience working in the INDOPACOM AOR
Experience with program management
Experience with developing and managing complex project documents, including project management plans, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with supporting Joint military operations
Experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers or Naval
Facilities
Engineering
Sys
tems Command
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
