Job summary
The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers in the design, development and deployment of high-impact solutions.The role combines technical leadership with project management responsibilities requiring a hands-on approach and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Major Duties include assisting Government personnel by doing the following:
- Partner with stakeholders to define and communicate the team's roadmap and vision aligning engineering efforts with overall organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and provide hands-on action when necessary
- Running the day-to-day execution of the engineering roadmap overseeing projects from inception to completion Contribute to the design and evolution of technical architectures capacity plans tooling strategies prioritizing technical challenges resource allocation.
- Drive technical architecture discussions
- Maintain appropriate documentation
