    Schedule/hours:
    ~ Monday-Friday 9am-5pm


    Compensation:
    ~ Starting wage $19.00


    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
    You will be responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to:
    Correctly and accurately perform trailer inspections.

    Correctly identifies all raw material, finished goods, cores, packaging items, and can confirm receipts of any articles (including maintenance parts, parcels, etc.) with assistance.

    Can deliver all articles to correct location/person as needed.
    Basic Venture understanding and open to learning the computer programs associated with the shipping department.
    Loads and unloads trailers accurately - can follow a provided load list accurately.
    Maintain the warehouse, rotate stock, and organize pallets and scrap efficiently using available space
    Assists with monthly finished goods inventory


    OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
    Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities
    Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes
    Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism
    Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible
    Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers
    Maintain production volume and efficiency
    Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way
    Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed


    OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    High School Diploma required
    Previous Forklift Experience required
    Experience unloading/loading trucks with Forklift required
    Previous Shipping experience a plus
    Excel experience preferred
    Excellent verbal and written communication.
    Deals effectively with all levels of company personnel.
    Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull and lift throughout a 1- hour period. (Our lift limit is 65lbs)
    Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
    Focus on safety and quality production
    Basic computer knowledge
    Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor.

    The team member frequently is required to use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel. The team member must repetitively lift and/or move up to 65 pounds. Must be able to routinely climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment.
    Team members are also required to frequently talk and hear.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

    Team members in this role are exposed to seasonal temperature/humidity changes that can be near 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
