    About the Role:

    The Senior Human Resources Manager leads field HRBPs located in plants throughout the US, providing coaching, leadership, and services to build capability, maximize associate engagement, and deliver HR results for multiple facilities across the Marzetti footprint.

    This role partners closely with the HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Analytics, on day-to-day processes and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities include creating strategic plant business plans, developing human resources and labor relations strategies, and facilitating succession planning, career pathing, and performance appraisals.

    This role also analyzes statistical data and reports to identify personnel problems and develop recommendations for policy and practice improvements.

    Maintaining positive associate, corporate, and community relations is a key aspect of this position.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
    • 8+ years of human resources experience
    • 2+ years of experience managing a team of HR professionals
    • Prior experience in retail or consumer products is preferred

    Working Conditions:

    This role requires working in a normal office environment with occasional travel to each plant by auto or air travel. The employee must be able to climb stairs, be exposed to high noise levels, heat, and cold.

    Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
