Job summary
We are looking for a Ward Clerk to assist the Charge and Staff Nurses in recording and charting of medical or administrative information in the medical record.The Ward Clerk will be responsible for answering telephones, page calls, deliver messages to residents, etc., as necessary.
Admit, transfer and discharge residents. Assist in arranging for transportation, packing, escorting to discharge/transfer area,
loading etc., as necessary.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis.
