    Role Highlights:
    Department Fluidity: Transition seamlessly between Med-Surg and the Emergency Room based on real-time facility needs.

    Acute Care Mastery: Handle everything from routine recovery to high-acuity emergency interventions.

    Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Act as a team player across all departments, ensuring high-quality care and professional communication.

    Accountability: Lead with clinical problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient confidentiality and output.

    Requirements:
    Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience (required).

    Licensure: Active California (CA) RN License in good standing.

    Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and CPR are mandatory.

    Future-Proof: Must be willing to obtain TNCC within one year (if not already held).

    Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
