- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with logistics software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus
- Effective communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Experience working in a solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
