    fs3|Hodges is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Program Manager to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, fs3|Hodges is dedicated to delivering successful projects and exceptional client service.

    The Civil Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing large civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.

    This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a comprehensive understanding of civil engineering principles.


    Salary Range:
    $175,000 - $200,000
    Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

    Responsibilities

    Lead and manage the overall civil engineering program, including project planning, design, construction, and closeout
    Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure efficient project execution
    Oversee all civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
    Collaborate with key stakeholders , including coordination with permitting authorities
    Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements
    Supervise and coordinate activities of project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
    Oversee & manage environmental consultants
    Organize community engagement sessions
    Initiate all required studies and due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
    Monitor and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary
    Provide regular reports on project status, progress, and performance to senior management and clients
    Draft, solicit, and organize, RFQ/P for design firms and design assist contractors
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
    15+ years of experience in civil engineering, including project management
    Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
    Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering projects
    Strong leadership and management skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations
    Proficient in project management software and tools
    Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
    Detail-oriented and highly organized
