    Job Functions/Purpose


    Provides high level, visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, repair of complex equipment and systems, and training to the customer.


    Key Responsibilities :

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication with assigned customers, manage customer expectations, act as their internal advocate for the design, production, installation and certification of In-Flight Entertainment and Cabin Management Systems (IFE/CMS) onboard private, government and commercial applications
    • Maintain continuous communication with customers and between departments within the organization, ensuring both are equally represented
    • Interact with sales, engineering, production, and other members of cross-functional team to focus on the delivery of new or enhanced products, to improve customer satisfaction
    • Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
    • Trains customer on how system works
    • Frequent travel
    • Assists with sustainable engineering
    • Assist other areas to maintain timeliness of projects

    Job Requirements


    Education/Experience


    • Associates degree in computer science or engineering
    • Minimum 3 years field experience
