    Who They Are
    Our client is a unique infrastructure company that replaces and rehabilitates public bridges with privately funded resources.

    There are a total of six privately-funded bridges across the US, and five of them were funded by our client We are looking for an individual to manage day-to-day office administration and operational needs for three branch locations.

    What You'll Do

    Manage, maintain, and provide technical support for the day-to-day operational needs of the office

    Assist in developing and making changes to workflow strategies to improve workplace efficiency

    Various data entry and analysis:
    budgets and other data as necessary

    Orders and stocks all office, kitchen supplies, and equipment

    What You'll Need

    3+ years of experience in office/business management or executive assistant role

    Customer relationship building experience

    Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

    Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
