    Responsibilities:

    • General Accounting Duties :
    • You'll handle various accounting tasks, including maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial reports, and managing accounts.
    • These duties form the foundation of accurate financial record-keeping.
    • Financial Reporting :
    • You'll prepare periodic balance sheets , income statements , and profit and loss statements .
    • These reports provide insights into the organization's financial health, seeing transactions from start to finish
    • Accounts Payable :
    • You'll code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close monthly books.
    • Bank Reconciliation :
    • Reconciling bank accounts, verifying deposits, and addressing inquiries from banks are essential tasks.
    • Accuracy in bank transactions is crucial for financial integrity.
    • Assisting Auditors :
    • Providing assistance to external auditors during audits ensures compliance and transparency.
    • Your cooperation helps maintain the organization's financial credibility.
    • Excellent Communication :
    • Collaborate effectively with Practice Administrators with their day to day operations and external auditors
    • Software Coordination :
    • Coordinating with software vendors to maintain the accounting software system is important.
    • Recommending updates enhances efficiency and accuracy.
    • Overall Contribution :
    • Your role extends beyond these specific duties, as you'll adapt to the evolving needs of the organization. Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
    • One year of accounting experience required. Skills and Abilities
    • Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting.
    • Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
    • Highly proficient with accounting software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
