Description

MAU is hiring a Global Assignment Analyst at our client in Greer, SC. As a Global Assignment Analyst, you will steer the coordination of International inbound and outbound assignments within the Global Assignments department. This is a long-term contract assignment.

Our client, a premier automotive company, is located in the upstate area of SC.

Shift Information:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Human Resources related field; OR
Associate degree, preferably in business related field; AND
2+ years of professional experience in a global mobility function; OR
Equivalent of 4+ years of professional experience in a global mobility function
2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably to include Global Human Resources or Recruitment experience

General Requirements:

Advanced communication skills, written and verbal
Advanced organization skills with strong attention to detail
Advanced customer service and problem solving skills
Advanced ability to be flexible in a changing environment
Advanced ability to interface effectively within a global team environment
Advanced working knowledge of MS office programs

Preferred Requirements:

Previous immigration case work experience
German language skills

Essential Functions:

Facilitate long-term and short-term international assignments (inbound and outbound) to include immigration topics
Lead processes to ensure expat assignments are processed according to local guidelines and global terms and conditions
Communicate with relevant process partners to gather information needed to process international assignments
Coordinate international transfers and assists all expatriates
Facilitate the relocation of expatriates and their families
Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure the maintenance of accurate information tracked within reporting and all systems (SAP, INTAMS)
Maintain and document up to date process steps and track all steps required to complete the authorizations for an international assignment
Inform associates of relevant international assignment information and escalate issues as needed
Maintain associate files and associate document tracking
Coordinate immigration documentation
Schedule, coordinate, and support with meetings and new hire orientations for international assignees and localized candidates
Work on projects as assigned within the Global Assignments team
Collaborate with external vendors on processes, ensuring assignees are provided a positive experience
Draft contracts for outbound international assignees
Maintain continuous improvement mindset for process improvement strategies
Develop or update process manuals as needed
Perform other tasks as assigned
