    We are seeking an Office Associate to join our team at the Facilities and Fleet Management department in the City of Miami Beach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize files
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Assist with data entry, work orders and invoices

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and web based programs
    • Reading and writing proficiency in English
    • Office management or recepcionist experience

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4.30PM

    Length: 3-6 months
