    SUMMARY

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • HVAC assembly line process development – includes capacity planning, line balancing, layout planning, assembly sequence development, error proofing planning, PFMEA
    • HVAC assembly line equipment development and validation – includes onsite support at assembly line supplier locations and MAHLE production plant to oversee and lead activities to validate assembly and test equipment to ensure readiness for delivery to MAHLE production location. Activities include assembling early production components to ensure assembly and test equipment is functioning according to design

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
      • Major: Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
      • Class Standing: Sophomore, Junior, Senior
    • Overall GPA must be a 3.0 or higher
