    Description

    Bridgeway is hiring a Part-time School Based Therapist in Knoxville, IL

    Bridgeway is currently seeking a Part-time School Based Therapist to provide mental health counseling within the Knoxville, IL school system.

    • Collaborates with school, agency, and community personnel to ensure appropriate goals and objectives.
    • Provides therapy and counseling services for Bridgeway/school consumers, including individuals, family, and group services in line with the person-centered plan.
    • Collects and maintains data to analyze the success and progress of school-based services.
    • Offers consultation and education to Bridgeway Staff, school personnel, and communities to enhance comprehension and acceptance of mental illness and recovery.

    The ideal candidate should possess a Master's or Graduate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Previous counseling internship is advantageous. Preference is for candidates holding a license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Employment with Bridgeway is subject to successful completion of background checks.
