Position Summary: Responsible for all technological matters for PFC and its subsidiaries

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
• Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Work with the system administrator to do maintenance
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Configure and maintain desktop computers
• Provide accurate information on technology and IT services
• Maintain the building access and security systems
• Maintain telephones and the phone system
• Install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software
• Follow-up and update status on unresolved issues
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
• Writing, editing, and revising technical documents
• Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned periodically by management
• This position is required to be in office full time to assist with all in office responsibilities
