- Assess and diagnose patients in an outpatient setting - newborns to geriatrics
- Oversee, direct, and administer primary care of your panel of patients
- Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication
- Maintain patient electronic medical record data
- Work with Practice Administrators to direct and manage the center care team (nursing staff, medical assistants, NP's/PA's, etc.)
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
- Family Medicine Board Certification (or soon to be)
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted MD State License (or eligible)
- Active DEA license
- US work authorization
- Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
- Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings
