We are seeking a Medical Director and Nocturnist to lead our Hospitalist group at our brand new facility - Aurora Medical Center - Sheboygan County.
This is a state-of-the-art, 113-bed hospital located in Kohler - a community just 50 minutes north of Milwaukee.As Medical Director, you will routinely engage with your market CMO and Hospital Medicine team to solve problems, improve efficiency, create a professional atmosphere conducive to a high standard of patient care.
You will collaborate with a highly engaged group of other site Medical Directors, our President of Hospital Medicine and administration to work on quality improvement, retention and recruitment.
As a Nocturnist you will work alongside a swing shift Hospitalist to admit patients from 7p-7a.The brand new Sheboygan site will have on-site Intensivists coming soon and will have optional procedures and additional robust specialty support.
