    Job Description & Requirements

    Outpatient Oncology Pharmacist

    Infusion center experience required

    VA state license
    Chemo and RPh required

    Intravenous experience

    8am to 4:30pm, Mon - Fri

    Will consider Home Health infusion or Inpatient Oncology experience
    Chemotherapy, IV Piggyback, IV push Medications, Packaging Antineoplastic Agents, and Sterile Technique experience
