    Job Description:
    We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce, and relevant Salesforce certifications. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce instance to support our sales and business operations.

    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
    Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
    Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide actionable insights and streamline business processes.
    Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
    Perform regular data hygiene and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.
    Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
    3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.

    Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.

    Proven ability to customize and configure Salesforce, including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
