    Welcome to Mexican Sugar, where we create unforgettable experiences. As a host/hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in setting the tone for their visit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment at all times.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service and high-quality food and beverage delivery.
    • Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, promotions, and events to make informed recommendations to guests.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum one (1) year of host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience.
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds is essential.
    • Previous OpenTable experience is an asset.
