    Foreman Paving Machine Operator

    The primary function of a Foreman Paver Operator is to operate asphalt paving machines that lay and finish asphalt. The operator may perform manual labor, including shoveling, spreading gravel and maintaining equipment.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lay and finish asphalt using specialized machines.
    2. Perform routine maintenance on paving equipment and tools.
    • Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

    The role requires working outside in various weather conditions for long periods. Physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing ladders weighing up to 50 pounds, reaching overhead traversing construction sites safely.
