- You will determine EEO problem areas and barriers through analysis of management practices, organizational structures, employment practices, and lines of progression.
- You will develop policies and procedures for the EEO program to include Special Emphasis Programs (SEP), EEO counseling, complaints administration, and training.
- You will develop recommendations for alternative dispute resolutions as directed by Federal guidelines.
- You will evaluate Management practices and identify actions that tend to cause allegations of discrimination and recommend corrective actions.
- You will establish and maintain a viable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program.
