- Manage tickets and tasks in the 'Service Implementation' queue in our internal ticketing system
- Perform pre-installation site evaluation
- Document all site evaluation information in the corresponding ticket
- Configure Hardware prior to installation and have it reviewed by Network Engineering. Apply asset tags Document all relevant hardware configuration information in the customer database
- Install hardware at the customer premise
- Provide preliminary training on Pulse Fiber service, SFP's approved Adtran, and Juniper CPEs. Work through hardware integration into the customer LAN
- Setup internal monitoring of all circuits and equipment
- Procure monthly, quarterly, and yearly Jeep maintenance
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance is a requirement to perform essential functions of this position
- Experience with cabling, fiber, and punch-down blocks
- Networking certifications are a plus
- Network equipment configuration a plus
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Food service industry experience is required
