    We are looking for dedicated Internal Auditors to join our skilled team in Bismarck, ND Internal Auditors play a critical role for the company in helping our operating companies succeed through:

    *Assessing adequacy of the control environments in all financial processes
    *Auditing completeness and accuracy of incentive and benefit plans
    *Auditing information reported externally, such as our Proxy and Sustainability Reports
    *Performing consulting engagements to improve processes
    *Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of processes across the organization
    *Performing risk assessments
    *Coordinating with and interviewing personnel across the company
    *Analyzing complex data


    Minimum Qualifications:
    *Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting, but would consider business administration, economics or other related discipline.
    *Must possess appropriate knowledge of audit procedures and techniques, auditing standards, internal controls, company policies and procedures, rules, regulations and laws applicable to company business activities
    *Good communication skills (written and oral)
    *Experience and knowledge of data analytics practices and concepts
    *Skills to analyze situations and communicate results.
    *Certification as an Internal Auditor (CIA), Public Accountant (CPA) or Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar certification is a plus.
    *Travel is required (approximately 5% - 13%)
