As a Client Banking Services Professional, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our Charles Schwab Bank clients seeking assistance. Handling 40-60 inbound calls daily, you will offer expertise on various banking products and services including deposit accounts, online account management, bill pay, money movement, mobile banking, and debit cards. This position is phone-based and involves utilizing multiple computer applications and dual monitors.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience, which may involve volunteer work, internships, or other office roles.
• You will be assigned a fixed shift that might include weekend or evening hours. For more details, kindly consult your Talent Advisor regarding shift differentials.
• Proficiency in multitasking with proven experience in handling multiple computing applications simultaneously.
• Able to work in the office for 75% - 100% of the time, as needed.
