    Description:Responsibilities:

    Answering inbound calls via Office Receptionist Desk. Greet and direct office visitors, schedule and set up conference room meetings, update daily activities via spreadsheets, route calls as instructed. Walking throughout the office periodically and no lifting beyond 50#.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and excellent communication both verbally and in writing. Customer service in a professional office space.
    Resume must reflect working experience of Reception in last 3 years. Seeking a career oriented person who wants to grow and has computer skills coupled with customer service skills. Must be professional and ability to communicate via email, verbal and in writing in a professional manner at all times.
    Parking is not free

    Education: Bachelors Degree
