- Oversee and work closely with high risk/violent youth offenders
- Monitor visitors & residents within the facility
- Schedule and coordinate activities for the youth
- Assist the Control Supervisor by making perimeter checks
- Resolves potentially dangerous situations to ensure the safety of staff, clients, and or the public by applying appropriate intervention techniques to people, facilities and property
- Pass the Integrated Crisis Response (ICR) intervention program within 90 days of employment
- Practice "Standards of Care" and supervision of delinquent youth
- Communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing (read and understand information presented in writing)
