- Anticipate gaps / future people requirements and develop sourcing, performance and rewards strategies for business-critical roles. Influence, consult and provide insights to business leaders in executive-level calibration reviews.
- Educate and advise senior leaders on complex people matters related to their team members within their function/site/country guiding them through legal requirements and dynamics to come to an effective resolution.

Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
As part of the global People and Strategy Consulting function of HR, the Sr. Director, HR Business Leader (HRBL) will provide human capital-centered thought leadership and strategic solutions to address business challenges of the executive leadership team across product and product enabling functions. Reporting to the Vice President, People Strategy and Consulting, this leader will partner closely with our CoE's (Centers of Expertise), People Services and People Solutions teams to proactively deliver initiatives and insights that drive and sustain human performance across the product operations teams. This individual will be a direct people manager to a small team of HRBLs and will be responsible to guide and support their team in the development of unique solutions as well as cross-functionally aligned initiatives.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1:$250,900 - $376,300
Base Salary Range Region 2: $213,300 - $319,900
Shift: Day
Travel: 10% of the time
Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
