    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
    • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
    • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor

    Work Details:

    Shifts Available:

    • 3pm-11:30pm
    • 11pm-7:30am

    Every other weekend is required.

    Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 8 weeks.

    Requirements:

    • Active LPN License
    • CPR/BLS Certificate
    • Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination
    • 2 Professional References
    • Physical and TB screening
    • Valid Drivers License, State ID, and SSN Card
    • EMR Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.

    Compensation:

    $40/hour regular rate
