Responsibilities:

Analyze, manage and mitigate risk in relation to jobsite safety, owner contractual terms, city and/or county specifications, and other contractors that could be working onsite
Schedule work on calendar to help coordinate crews and inform management of following week's expectations and needs at weekly scheduling meeting
Work with estimator and field supervision to coordinate material supplies and document the delivery and acceptance of the material but still have great customer service
Attend and coordinate weekly meetings with the owner or owner's representative to communicate updated construction progress and when substantial completion can be expected with a great attitude
Track project cost and job production, change order documentation, and request for payments
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 5 years of related experience is required.
Able to meet all physical requirements
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Great sense of humor and positive attitude so the enjoyment of our awesome culture is unlike any other
