The Aerospace Corporation is the trusted partner to the nation's space programs. As the operator of a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC), we are broadly engaged across all aspects of space— delivering innovative solutions that span satellite, launch, ground, and cyber systems for defense, civil and commercial customers.
Aerospace engineers design aircraft with direct computer input into electronic models which can then be viewed on an interactive graphics display terminal called an "electronic blackboard". These designs include every detail from wing shape to seat layout in typical business planes such as Boeing airliners or even small private jets like Cessnas! The engineering team also works closely together during production stages ensuring everything meets safety standards before final assembly takes place where quality control checks are performed thoroughly by trained inspectors who verify each component fits properly within its designated area without compromising overall performance requirements set forth during initial conceptual phase meetings among key stakeholders involved including management personnel responsible financial decisions affecting project timelines costs etc...
