- Manage and oversee personnel management processes (e.g., goal setting, performance assessment, mentoring & coaching, recruitment, retention strategies, terminations, etc.) across assigned projects
- Provide training opportunities that develop the skills and competencies of our team members and enhances career growth while strategically growing the capabilities of assigned project teams
- Promote social responsibility including supporting our community and native Hawaiian community
- Develop new and improve existing customer relationships
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure required change is executed effectively
- Participate in management meetings (Senior Management Meetings, Recruiting Meetings, Environmental Manager Meetings, etc.)
- 8-10 years of experience delivering on environmental services contracts for government and DoD agencies.
- 8-10 years of experience managing complex environmental services programs and projects for government and DoD agencies.
- 8-10 years of experience managing a diverse group of staff, including Project Managers, Environmental Scientists, Geologists, and other environmental specialties.
- Bachelors degree in Business or Environmental related field required
- PMP Certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use stairs without assistance
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, reach, kneel, crouch, bend and climb a step stool/ladder
