    Position Requirements

    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in social media, marketing, or communications
    1+ years of intern and/or social media direct experience for a professional company

    Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
    Narrative and audience driven understanding of social media content
    Best practice knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & YouTube Shorts, Twitter, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
    Enthusiastic self-starter who aspires to be an expert social media manager and a master of scheduling, copywriting, and social content creation
    Good communication, management, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
    Team player willing to absorb, enhance, and execute brand direction
    Knowledge and interest in Kidult, Collectibles, Games, and Boys toy brands
    Love of popular and internet culture
    Extreme detail orientation is critical

    Social Media Strategy
    Work with team stakeholders to support development of content/plans to grow/support the community, meet engagement metrics, and ensure best practices are followed
    Content Creation Management
    Assist team to partner seamlessly with internal and external creative partners to deliver high quality content
    Stay informed on platform specs, ad types and innovation
    Publishing
    Support execution on content calendar for allsocialplatforms and publishing
    Routing assets for approval prior to publishing
    Community Management
    Reviewing community chatter, feeding back to broader team
    Research and outreach to community members/influencers via DMs
    Analytics
    Preparation and pulling reporting from social channels and from our publishing tool
    Administrative
    Billing and invoicing
    Asset Management
    Calendar Upkeep
