    Operations Manager

    Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000

    Primary Job Duties

    The Operations Manager is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Community Association Managers and facilitating daily office operations. This role serves as a central point of contact for unit owners, board members, vendors, onsite staff, and corporate office personnel.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Manage vendor operations and enhance the productivity of maintenance and housekeeping staff.
    • Coordinate with association vendors, track project progress, and ensure timely completion.
    • Generate and track work orders for common areas and authorized in-unit work.
    • Work closely with the customer service team.
    • Conduct inspections of units, common areas, parking lots, and pool areas.
    • Manage inventory of equipment and tools for maintenance and housekeeping staff.
    • Analyze data and prepare reports.
    • Oversee quality control for pool services, landscaping, and lake services.
    • Provide support for human resources needs.
    • Handle additional tasks as assigned.
    Requirements:Requirements:
    • Strong foundation in management, leadership, and problem-solving
    • Active CAM license - MUST HAVE
    • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to produce reports, assign tasks, and manage vendor contracts
    • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing office needs
    • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions
    • Leadership skills to manage challenges and oversee employees
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
    • This role is FT in office
    • Seeking $50-$65K EOY Pending Experience
