    Marina Guest Services Representative Opportunity

    We are seeking a Marina Guest Reservations Specialist to join our team at Ocean Havens. As a fun and exciting seasonal opportunity, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our valued customers on Provincetown's Waterfront.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to email inquiries in a professional and cheerful manner.
    • Treat all customers with first-class customer service.
    • Perform daily opening, midday, and closing job duties.

    Requirements:

    • Hospitality experience is preferred.
    • You must be competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
