    Purpose:
    Accountable for the implementation of Worley Compliance Polices & Procedures in USFFS GC in line with Worley standards

    Worley staff, stakeholders and representatives satisfaction in terms of support, training and implementation of Worley Compliance program.

    Zero tolerance on Compliance violations:

    Governance of compliance issues including modern slavery, bribery and corruption, facilitation payments, conflicts of interest, fraud, theft and harassment.


    Responsibilities:


    In accordance with policies and procedures in place, Worley Compliance Officer in USFFS GC carries out and/or organizes the various actions necessary to the deployment of the Compliance Program and ensures its implementation within Worley in this region.

    Reporting to the Compliance Director/ Manager.

    This requires in particular, with the support and advice of the Compliance Officer:


    • Assess the Risks of Worley activities in USFFS GC related to the LNG Project, covering bribery & corruption risk and human rights risk, documenting risks identified and mitigation steps to reduce them.
    • Ensure that due diligence, according to Worley policy, is conducted on all contractors before entering into contract, covering conflict of interest, corruption risks and human rights risks.
    • Ensure that High Risk Contractors are identified pre-contract, and that post-contracting due diligence monitoring is applied to High Risk Vendors, including monitoring in the field with appropriate audits and meetings, with particular attention to Human Rights and corruption.
    • Ensure suppliers are held to the Supply Chain Code of Conduct
    • In collaboration with contracts team and business owners, follow up the implementation of compliance mitigation measures issued during the Contractor Due Diligence process to ensure the measures are completed
    • Assist the HR team in carrying out the due diligence, according to Worley policy, on all candidates for Worley employment on LNG Project, including reference checks, and declarations of commercial associations.
    • Present and promote the Worley Compliance program, including delivering live training on ethics, to all operational and functional staff (direct hired and contracted) its representatives, suppliers and contractors to apply the same standards
    • Draft tone from the top compliance messaging for regional business leaders as required
    • Write regular reports to Compliance Director/ Manager & LNG on Compliance Program status
    • Alert the Compliance Director/ Manager of any violation of the policies and/or any incident of corruption or human rights violation that comes to his/her attention, regularly updating information related to these facts until the case closes;
    • Monitor the Program implementation such as number of contractors passing due diligence, number of candidates for employment passing due diligence, status of e-learning and training, and tracking total, declaration of Potential Conflicts of Interest and number resolved.
    • Establish and maintain a secure and detailed archiving/document conservation system, in particular focus on contractors due diligence, compliance training records, COI declarations.
    • In liaison with the Legal department and with external counsel as necessary, maintain up to date information on the legal situation regarding Anti-corruption

    • Satisfactory experience and knowledge of Compliance programs
    • Customer satisfaction oriented
    • Great communication skills
    • Familiar with performance improvement methodologies (i.e. LEAN, KPI)
    • Site/field experience highly regarded
