- Provide high-quality instruction to students in assigned grade levels.
- Complete necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to teaching responsibilities.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development.
- Manage classroom logistics, including scheduling and supervision of paraprofessionals if required.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by school administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
