CNU Fit is a results-driven personal training and stretch therapy studio focused on helping adults 40+ lose weight, get stronger, move better, and live longer.
We are growing in Milford and looking for a full-time Head Coach who:

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Compensation: Equivalent of $50,000 annually
(Approximately $24–$28 per hour based on experience & certifications)
Performance Bonus: Up to $5,000 annually based on studio performance and member experience metrics

What You'll Do
Coach 25–30 Sessions Per Week
- Deliver high-quality semi-private personal training (3–4 clients/session)
- Modify safely for adults ages 40–75
- Provide clear verbal and hands-on cueing
- Track progress and update programs
- Maintain strong presence and professional energy
Drive Member Retention
- Build meaningful relationships before and after sessions
- Conduct check-ins and accountability touchpoints
- Support studio events and challenges
- Contribute to maintaining under 5% churn
Protect Studio Standards
- Maintain a clean, organized training floor
- Follow established systems and procedures
- Reset equipment every session
- Represent the brand professionally in the community
What Makes You a Fit
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NCCA preferred) or Exercise Science degree
- 2–5 years coaching experience (small group preferred)
- Strong understanding of movement, progression, and injury modification
- Comfortable coaching clients ages 40–75
- Early morning and evening availability
- Ability to lift 45lbs+
- Tech comfortable (CRM, tracking systems)
