As Assistant Studio Manager at FS8 Pilates in Seattle you will support the Studio Manager in leading daily operations develop coaches and deliver a best-in-class member experience You will be a visible leader on the floor mentor to the coaching team and key driver of retention culture and performance This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into senior studio leadership while staying deeply connected to coaching and member engagement
- Act as brand ambassador role model for FS8 standards values Help build professional welcoming inclusive studio culture Develop strong relationships with members foster retention community Support coach development through feedback mentoring accountability Maintain calm confident leadership presence during all studio hours
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations front-of-house execution Ensure adherence to FS8 brand standards policies procedures Maintain exceptional studio cleanliness organization presentation Coordinate with vendors service providers needed Assist managing payroll operating expenses within budget targets
- Deliver premium personalized member experience touchpoint Support membership retention initiatives events promotions Assist membership account management billing issues service recovery Respond member feedback resolve issues professionalism care Support studio marketing efforts local community engagement
- Collaborate sales team support membership growth retention Help achieve KPIs including attendance retention engagement Assist stadium launches challenges special initiatives Supporting lead follow-up referral engagement needed Assist recruiting onboarding training FS8 coaches Manage coaching schedules ensure consistent class coverage Provide monthly coach evaluations performance feedback Track certifications continuing education compliance Ensure equipment maintained classes delivered safely Coach 12–18 FS8 classes per week weekends Deliver precise safe motivating classes aligned with methodology Ensure members receive personalized attention proper movement guidance Execute benchmarks events programming initiatives
