Job summary
This position assists supervisor in assuring employees are provided resources materials methods provides recommendations to manager or supervisor for efficient utilization of assigned personnel relays work instruction from supervisor responsible for new hire unit level orientation training coordinates provision of multiple services to patients processes updates corrections patient insurance demographic information schedules arrives Radiology Lab basic ancillary service appointments follows guidelines established insurers ensure pre authorization pre certification physician referrals treatment obtained prior patient visits follows up correct discrepancies as required.
- Assists supervisor in assuring that assigned employees are provided with appropriate resources materials and methods.
