    Job Description

    Elite Air of Texas is seeking dedicated and reliable technicians who are looking for stable job opportunities. We provide year-round work with no Winter layoffs and prioritize the well-being of our team members. Join us for a long-term career with competitive pay, company uniforms, company vehicle, and opportunities for raises. Our work hours are from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday with rotating on-call duties.

    JOB SUMMARY

    This position involves servicing, installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Service, install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
    • Assess the general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs
    • Maintain a clean work area and ensure cleanliness post-job completion
    • Prioritize safety at work and while driving
    • Use floor savers in clients' homes
    • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness inside and out

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
    • Demonstrate strong communication skills and technical competency
    • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
    • Clean driving record
