    Description
    MIND & MOBILITY HOME CARE provides superior in-home care that promotes physical, psychological, and social engagement which allows the client to thrive as they age in their home. This position is for Osceola County.
    Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
    • Evaluation clients personal care and ADLs
    • Establishing a competent assessment of care plan
    • Evaluate our caregivers for ACHA competences
    • Perform physical examinations and record patient medical histories
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor and document vital signs of patients
    • Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care
    • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
    • Conduct occupational health assessments and provide appropriate interventions
    • Catheterize patients when necessary
    Registered Nurse Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
    • Supervising paraprofessional staff
    • Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and Epic
    • Home Health experience is a plus
    • Familiarity with dialysis procedures is a plus
    • Experience in critical care settings is highly desirable

    Registered Nurse Qualifications:
    • Valid Registered Nurse license in Florida
    • This position is for Osceola County
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
