    Description


    Phenom Yachts is seeking a talented Assembly Technician to join our team As an Assembly Technician you will be responsible for working in a variety of areas, including capping, consoles, cushing installation, rubrail, t-top or motor installation.

    You should be comfortable using both basic and electronic hand tools. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in boat building and passion for working with their hands.

    You will play a key role in:
    Assemble and install equipment meeting high quality standards and daily production numbersPull wires, install equipment like Yamaha outboards, Garmin systems, stereo components, navigation systems, other hardware to specification Use basic hand tools and power equipment (miter saw, reciprocating saw, drill, driver, etc.)

    Build T-tops and consolesInspect parts for accuracy and qualityFollow safety proceduresMaintain area tools and equipmentAble to read and interpret manufacturing schedulesAble to read and understand units of measurePhysically able to climb in and out of boats Be challenged and have fun along the wayMaintain drive and a continuous improvement mindsetWe're looking for someone with:
