- The employee must adhere to all building rules and regulations.
- We require candidates who are physically able to perform duties and possess basic cleaning skills using equipment such as vacuums, mops, dust tools, floor machines and ladders.
- Candidates will be responsible for reporting fires, hazardous conditions and items in need of repair including dead lights, leaking faucets etc..
- Maintenance includes but not limited to:
- Emptying Wastebaskets
- Cleaning Water Fountain & Sanitizing Supplies Replenishment Clean&Sanitize Spot Cleaning Vacuuming Carpets Sweeping Mopping Floors Window Blinds/Sills Interior Windows Shampoo Carpets Strip/Scrub/Rinse/Wax Buff Seal Floor High Dust Clean Chemical Handling/Mixing Adherence To Established Procedures
