Projects Type: Commercial, Government, Multifamily, Mixed-use, and Higher-ED
Project Value: $10M - $200M
Company Location: Rockville, MD
project locations: Washington, DC, and surrounding areas (candidate must be locally based and willing to commute within the DMV metro area.)
Required Experience: Must have a bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field with a minimum of (10) years of construction experience or an associates degree and a minimum of (10) years of construction experience. Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices. This position requires a successful track record in all aspects of construction and construction practices.
